Professional electric range with 2 glass ceramic cooking zones and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even heat distribution, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
A ceramic hob heats with radiant elements beneath a smooth glass-ceramic surface, spreading heat evenly across the cooking area without hot spots. The elements glow when energised, transferring heat directly to pots and pans, while the ceramic surface remains easy to clean and resistant to scratches. Residual-heat indicators stay lit after the element is switched off, showing which zones are still hot enough to cause burns or to keep food warm without further power use.
The operator places pots on the lit zones, adjusts the power level with the water-resistant control knobs, and monitors the residual-heat lights. Once cooking is finished, the hob is switched off and left to cool; the lights go out when the surface is safe to touch. The neutral cabinet below provides unheated storage for pans or utensils, accessed by lifting the hingeless front panel.
The range is built from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, a 2 mm thick worktop with rounded edges, and chrome-plated trim. The control panel is sealed to IPX5, allowing it to withstand low-pressure water jets during cleaning. Adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors, and the entire front panel can be removed for access to internal components.
A 6.8 kW power rating requires a three-phase 400 V supply, the standard circuit in professional kitchens for high-demand appliances. The 48 kg weight allows two people to move the unit without a trolley, while the 400 mm depth and 900 mm width fit a standard 90 cm worktop slot. The voltage options cover 400 V two-phase, 230 V three-phase, and single-phase 230 V at 50 or 60 Hz, matching the supply in most commercial kitchens.
Cleaning involves wiping the ceramic surface with a damp cloth once it has cooled, removing the front panel to clean inside the cabinet, and rinsing the control knobs under running water. The stainless steel finish resists stains and corrosion, and the rounded edges prevent dirt from collecting in corners.
The PCC-94ET is a single model with no variants. It is listed in the catalogue under electric ranges, ceramic hobs, and neutral storage units.
