LOTUS Electric Range with Ceramic Hob & Oven CFVC4-98ETX

A four-zone electric range that combines a radiant ceramic hob with a built-in convection oven in a single 800 mm-wide unit. The hob heats quickly through electric elements beneath a smooth ceramic surface, while the oven circulates hot air with an internal fan to cook evenly without turning trays. This method shortens bake times and keeps roasts moist, making it suited for service where speed and consistency matter.

The hob is operated in stages: each zone is switched on with a seven-position rotary control that sets the power level, and residual-heat indicators remain lit until the surface is safe to touch. Below, the oven is loaded through a drop-down door; a single dial selects the temperature between 50 °C and 260 °C, covering everything from gentle proofing to high-temperature grilling. Signal lamps show when the oven is heating and when it has reached the set point.

The range is built from 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated trim. A rear splash guard protects the wall, and the control panel is sealed to IPX5 for resistance to water jets. The hob surface is a single sheet of toughened ceramic glass with four radiant elements beneath; the oven interior measures 550 mm wide, 370 mm deep and 340 mm high, and comes with one wire grid and a 1/1 GN pan support.

Controls consist of four seven-position rotary switches for the hob zones, a single rotary thermostat for the oven, and indicator lamps for power and residual heat. The 17.8 kW total load is split across four 3.2 kW circuits, requiring a three-phase 400 V supply with neutral and earth. The 130 kg weight is carried on adjustable feet and a rear castor shelf for moving heavy pots and pans.

Cleaning is simplified by a removable front control panel; the ceramic hob can be wiped once cool, and the stainless-steel exterior resists fingerprints and spills. The oven interior is lined with enamel for easy wiping, and the wire grid lifts out for separate cleaning.
