Professional electric range with 4 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range built for continuous service in professional kitchens, combining four cast-iron hotplates with a static or fan-assisted oven sized to accept standard GN1/1 gastronorm trays. The hotplates use radiant elements beneath heavy cast-iron discs. Each disc heats evenly across its surface, transferring heat directly to the base of pots and pans. A seven-position switch on each hotplate regulates the element, allowing precise control from a gentle simmer to rapid boiling. A built-in temperature limiter prevents the element from exceeding safe operating levels, protecting both the appliance and the cookware. The oven cavity, sized for GN1/1 trays, can be operated in static mode for traditional roasting or switched to fan-assisted circulation. In fan mode, a rear-mounted fan draws air across heating elements and distributes it evenly around the cavity, reducing hot spots and cutting cooking times. The oven door seals against a gasket, retaining heat and moisture while keeping the external surface cool enough for safe handling. The sealed cast-iron hotplates heat evenly across the entire cooking surface the moment the seven-step switch is turned, letting you sear, simmer or hold without hot spots. The operator selects the desired hotplate setting using the water-resistant control knobs on the front panel. For the oven, the mode—static or fan—is chosen, and the thermostat set to the required temperature. Once the oven reaches the set point, a signal light indicates it is ready for loading. GN1/1 trays slide onto the supplied wire grid, which positions them at the optimal height for even cooking. After use, the oven door is left slightly ajar to allow residual heat to dissipate, preventing condensation and extending the life of the gasket. Construction is entirely in 18/10 CrNi stainless steel, including the 2 mm thick worktop with rounded edges. Chrome-plated components and a Scotch-Brite satin finish resist corrosion and make daily cleaning easier. The front control panel lifts away without tools, exposing all serviceable parts for inspection or maintenance. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, while a pot-support grate at the rear protects the backsplash and provides additional workspace. The 15.4 kW power rating reflects the combined load of the four hotplates and the oven elements. This requires a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard for heavy-duty catering equipment in commercial kitchens. The 112 kg weight indicates a robust, stable unit that will not shift during use but may need two people or a trolley for initial positioning. The 800 mm width matches standard worktop depths, allowing seamless integration into existing kitchen lines. Cleaning is simplified by the smooth stainless-steel surfaces and the removable control panel. Hotplates can be lifted off for thorough scrubbing, while the oven cavity is accessible through the full-width door. The IPX5-rated knobs withstand low-pressure water jets, so the control panel can be wiped down without risk of damage. A 440 V three-phase version is available for sites with that supply, and the range can be specified with or without a side compartment for additional storage or preparation space.
