Professional electric range with 4 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
Pot support grate.
An electric range combines hob and oven in one unit, letting a kitchen prepare multiple dishes at once without separate appliances. The hob heats through electric elements beneath cast iron hotplates; the oven uses electric elements to raise the air temperature, either statically or with a fan that circulates the heat for even cooking. This method gives precise control over temperature and eliminates open flames, making it safer and cleaner for professional use.
The operator loads the oven with GN1/1 gastronorm trays, sets the desired temperature between 50 and 300 °C, and selects static or fan-assisted mode. The four square hotplates are controlled individually with seven-position switches, allowing each to be set to the exact heat needed for the pan. The hob and oven can run simultaneously, so a sauce on the hob and a roast in the oven finish at the same time.
Construction is 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, rounded edges and chrome-plated components. The worktop is seamless, the hotplates are sealed with steel rings, and the control knobs are IPX5 water-resistant. All serviceable parts are behind the front panel, which lifts off without tools for maintenance.
The 15.4 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard for professional kitchens. The 800 mm width and 705 mm depth fit a standard worktop space, while the 120 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or with two people. The oven cavity measures 550 x 370 x 340 mm, sized for GN1/1 trays, and the range is supplied with adjustable feet to level it on uneven floors.
Cleaning follows from the materials: stainless steel wipes down with a damp cloth, the cast iron hotplates are scraped while warm, and the oven interior is lined with a removable grid. The IPX5 knobs can be rinsed under a tap without damage. A 440 V version is available for sites with that supply, and the range can be ordered with or without a side compartment.
