Professional electric range with 6 cast iron hotplates and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures long service life, even heat distribution and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range built for continuous service in professional kitchens, combining heavy-duty cast-iron hobs with a spacious open neutral cabinet beneath. The hobs heat by conduction: each cast-iron plate transfers energy directly into the base of pots and pans, giving even, responsive heat across the entire cooking surface. The steel edging around each hob reflects and distributes the heat, preventing hot spots and allowing precise control over every cooking process from searing to simmering.
The operator loads the range by placing pots on the hobs, then sets the power level for each hob individually using seven-position rotary regulators. A built-in temperature limiter prevents overheating, so the unit can be left unattended during long braises or reductions. Below the hobs, the open neutral cabinet provides immediate access to utensils, trays or ingredients without leaving the worktop. Adjustable feet level the range on uneven floors, and the rear guard panel protects the wall from splashes and heat.
The body is fabricated from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-finished with Scotch-Brite for durability and ease of cleaning. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges, and all control knobs are IPX5-rated for water resistance. Cast-iron hobs are fitted with pot restraint grilles to keep heavy stockpots from sliding during vigorous boiling. A single end panel (TPA-9) is supplied to close the left or right side when the range is installed as part of a run.
Controls consist of seven rotary knobs, one per hob, each offering seven power settings. The temperature limiter is automatic and requires no user adjustment. The 21 kW total power rating indicates the load the range places on the electrical supply, requiring a 400 V three-phase circuit. The 1200 mm width allows two large pots side by side, while the 900 mm depth fits standard worktop runs without overhang. The 114 kg weight ensures stability during use but requires two people or a trolley for safe movement.
Cleaning is straightforward: the front control panel lifts off to expose all internal components, and the smooth stainless surfaces wipe clean with standard kitchen detergents. The neutral cabinet can be emptied and wiped down without tools, and the pot restraint grilles lift out for separate cleaning.
The unit is supplied as standard for 400 V three-phase 50/60 Hz supply; a 440 V three-phase option is available. A single model is offered, the PC-912ETX, with no additional variants or configurations.
