Professional electric range with 6 cast iron hotplates and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures long service life, even heat distribution and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range built for continuous service in commercial kitchens, combining heavy-duty cast-iron hobs with a spacious neutral cabinet beneath. The unit stands on a stainless-steel frame and worktop that resist corrosion and daily wear, while the cabinet provides open storage for utensils and small equipment without doors or shelves to slow access.
Each hob is a solid cast-iron plate that heats evenly across its surface. Steel rims around the plates contain spills and spread heat outward, preventing hot spots that can scorch food. A seven-position power regulator on each hob lets the chef set the exact level needed for simmering, boiling or searing, and a built-in temperature limiter prevents overheating.
The operator places pots and pans directly on the hobs, securing them with optional pot restraints to stop accidental tipping. After setting the required power level, the hob reaches temperature quickly and holds it steadily. When cooking is complete, the hob cools gradually, allowing safe removal of the cookware.
The construction is 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin that hides scratches and fingerprints. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges for safety, and the rear panel protects the wall from splashes. Controls are IPX5-rated water-resistant, with chrome-plated knobs that withstand frequent cleaning. Adjustable feet at each corner level the unit on uneven floors and lock it in place.
A single end panel (TPA-9) is supplied to close one side of the range when it is installed at the end of a run. The neutral cabinet below is open-fronted, allowing quick access to stored items without doors or drawers. The entire front control panel lifts away for easy access to internal wiring and components during maintenance.
The 24 kW total power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, drawing a substantial load that must be provisioned on a dedicated circuit in the kitchen. The 129 kg weight means the unit is moved with a trolley or two people, and the 1200 × 900 mm footprint fits standard worktop depths while leaving space for adjacent equipment.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the control panel can be removed to reach internal parts without tools. The cast-iron hobs should be cleaned after each use to prevent residue build-up, and the open cabinet allows easy access for sweeping or mopping beneath the unit.
An optional 440 V three-phase version is available for sites with that supply, but the standard unit operates on 400 V three-phase at 50/60 Hz.
The range is categorised as a 90 cm professional electric range with neutral cabinet, suitable for integration into commercial kitchen lines.
