Professional electric range with 2 cast iron hotplates and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures long service life, even heat distribution and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range built for continuous service in professional kitchens, combining four cast-iron hobs with an open neutral cabinet beneath. The unit stands on a stainless steel frame finished in Scotch-Brite satin, its worktop 2 mm thick and edges rounded for safety and durability. A rear protective panel shields controls from splashes, while chrome-plated details and water-resistant IPX5-rated knobs ensure long-term resistance to moisture and grease.
Each hob is a cast-iron plate surrounded by a steel rim that distributes heat evenly across the base of pots and pans. A seven-position power regulator and built-in temperature limiter allow precise control over cooking intensity, from simmering sauces to searing meats. Grill guards on each hob prevent accidental spills and keep cookware securely in place during high-heat operations.
The sequence of use is straightforward: the operator selects a hob, sets the power level, and places the pan on the heated surface. The hob responds quickly, maintaining the chosen temperature until the regulator is turned down or off. Below the hobs, the open cabinet provides immediate access to utensils, trays or small equipment, keeping essentials within reach without cluttering the worktop.
Construction is entirely in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The front control panel can be removed for access to internal components, simplifying maintenance. Adjustable feet with locking mechanisms ensure the unit remains stable on uneven floors, while the included end panel (TPA-9) allows seamless integration into a run of equipment.
The 8 kW power rating indicates the load the range places on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit. The 57 kg weight reflects the solid construction and determines how the unit is moved—typically with a trolley or two-person lift. The 400 mm depth, 900 mm width and 900 mm height define the footprint, allowing it to fit standard 90 cm worktop runs while leaving room for rear clearance and ventilation.
Cleaning is designed to be practical: the smooth stainless steel surfaces wipe down quickly, and the removable control panel grants access to internal areas without tools. The cast-iron hobs can be lifted out for thorough cleaning, and the open cabinet allows easy removal of stored items for deep cleaning of the interior.
An optional 440 V three-phase version is available for sites with non-standard electrical supplies. The range is categorised under professional cooking equipment, specifically electric ranges with integrated storage.
