Professional electric range with 4 cast iron hotplates and a neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures long service life, even heat distribution and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range built for professional kitchens, combining solid-top cooking with practical storage in a single unit. The appliance heats through cast-iron hobs, each fitted with a steel rim that spreads heat evenly across the surface. This method prevents hot spots and allows pots and pans to sit level, transferring heat steadily without warping or scorching. The hob surface remains responsive, adjusting quickly to changes in power setting so that delicate sauces and rapid boiling can be managed on the same plate without moving pans between burners.
The operator loads the hobs with cookware, then sets the power level for each zone using a seven-position rotary control. A built-in temperature limiter prevents overheating, ensuring the hob stays within safe operating limits even during long service. Once cooking is complete, the hobs cool gradually, allowing residual heat to finish dishes without further power. Below the cooking surface, an open neutral cabinet provides accessible storage for kitchen tools, utensils or small containers, keeping them within reach but out of the way of the worktop.
The range is constructed from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin that resists scratches and fingerprints. The worktop is 2 mm thick with rounded edges for safety and durability, while chrome-plated details and a rear protective panel add to the unit's resistance to moisture and grease. Control knobs are rated IPX5 for water resistance, allowing them to be wiped down without risk of damage. Adjustable feet with locking mechanisms ensure the unit can be levelled on uneven floors, preventing movement during use.
Powered by a 400 V three-phase supply, the range draws 16 kW, suitable for commercial circuits and capable of sustaining multiple hobs at full power simultaneously. The 800 mm width fits standard kitchen layouts, while the 94 kg weight indicates a sturdy, fixed installation rather than a portable unit. Cleaning is straightforward: the front control panel can be removed to access internal components, and all surfaces are designed for regular wiping with standard kitchen sanitising agents.
The range is supplied with a single end panel (TPA-9) for a finished appearance when installed at the end of a run. No additional variants or configurations are specified for this model.
