Professional electric range with 4 cast iron hotplates and a static electric oven, designed for use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even cooking, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
An electric range that combines four cast-iron hotplates with a professional oven beneath a single stainless-steel worktop. The hotplates heat by conduction: each cast-iron ring transfers energy directly into the base of pots and pans, giving immediate response when the control is turned. A seven-position switch on each hotplate adjusts the power in steps, while a built-in temperature limiter prevents the ring from overheating. Below, the oven cavity holds a static or fan-assisted element; the fan version circulates hot air continuously, spreading heat evenly across every shelf and reducing cold spots that can slow cooking or leave food unevenly done. To use the range, the operator first selects the oven mode—static for traditional roasting or fan-assisted for faster, more uniform baking. The hotplates are set individually: the seven-position switch gives fine control from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. Once the temperature is reached, the oven thermostat maintains it automatically, while the hotplates respond instantly to any adjustment. The supplied GN1/1 grid fits inside the oven, holding standard gastronorm trays level and clear of the oven floor for better air flow. On the worktop, a chrome-plated pot support grate keeps pans stable and slightly raised, allowing heat to reach the base without scorching. The entire unit is built from 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, chosen for resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning. Rounded edges on the worktop and control panel reduce sharp corners, while chrome-plated components add durability and a professional appearance. IPX5-rated water-resistant knobs protect the electrical controls from splashes and steam, allowing safe operation even when the worktop is wet. The front control panel lifts away without tools, exposing all serviceable parts for maintenance or repair. A 400 V three-phase supply delivers the 15.4 kW power rating, suitable for commercial kitchens with high-capacity circuits. The 800 mm width and 705 mm depth fit standard worktop layouts, while the 900 mm height matches most under-counter cupboards. The oven cavity measures 550 mm wide, 370 mm deep and 340 mm high, accommodating a single GN1/1 tray. At 112 kg, the range is heavy enough to remain stable during use but can still be moved on adjustable feet, which also level the unit on uneven floors. The satin-finish stainless steel and sealed cast-iron hotplates shed splashes and wipe clean between service, so the range stays ready for the next rush without scrubbing. The stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, while the Scotch-Brite finish resists fingerprints and smudges. The cast-iron hotplates and steel sealing rings can be scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad once cooled, and the oven interior is lined with smooth stainless steel that does not trap grease. The control panel lifts off to expose the wiring and elements, allowing thorough cleaning of the area behind the knobs. A 440 V three-phase version is available for kitchens with higher-voltage supplies. The range is supplied with a single GN1/1 grid and adjustable feet, and the side compartment is optional depending on the model variant.
