An electric range that combines four cast iron hotplates with a professional oven in a single 800 mm unit, designed for continuous service in commercial kitchens. The hotplates heat by conduction: cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly across its surface, allowing precise control over cooking temperatures. Each hotplate is independently regulated by a seven-position switch, letting the operator match the heat to the pan size and the dish being prepared. A built-in temperature limiter prevents overheating, protecting both the equipment and the food.

The oven beneath operates on either static or fan-assisted principles. When switched to fan-assisted, a rear-mounted fan circulates hot air throughout the cavity, reducing cooking times and ensuring consistent results across multiple trays. The oven accepts a full gastronorm GN1/1 tray, standardised for professional kitchen workflows.

Operation begins with selecting the desired hotplate and setting its switch to the appropriate position. The oven is preheated by turning its thermostat to the required temperature; a pilot light indicates when the cavity has reached the set point. Once preheated, the tray is loaded through the drop-down door, and the timer is set if the model includes one. The hotplates and oven can be used simultaneously, allowing the range to handle multiple dishes at once. After cooking, the hotplates are switched off and allowed to cool, while the oven door is left slightly ajar to release residual heat and moisture.

The range is constructed from 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The worktop and exterior panels have a Scotch-Brite satin finish, which reduces visible scratches and fingerprints. Rounded edges on the worktop prevent spills from collecting, while chrome-plated components add durability to high-wear areas. The control knobs are IPX5 rated, meaning they can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction, a necessity in busy kitchen environments.

Each of the four hotplates is made from cast iron with steel sealing rings, designed to withstand the thermal shock of rapid heating and cooling. The front control panel can be removed without tools, giving access to all serviceable components for maintenance or repair. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and a pot support grate is included to keep pans stable during cooking.

The 15.4 kW power rating indicates the total electrical load the range draws when all hotplates and the oven are in use. This requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit, capable of handling the combined demand of multiple high-power appliances in a professional setting. The 112 kg weight reflects the robust construction and the use of heavy-duty materials, meaning the unit is designed to be moved with a trolley or by two people rather than carried by hand. The 800 mm width fits standard kitchen layouts, allowing it to be installed alongside other equipment without requiring custom spacing.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive pads that could damage the satin finish. The cast iron hotplates should be cleaned while still warm but not hot, using a scraper to remove food debris before wiping with a cloth. The oven cavity can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner, and the door gasket should be checked regularly for food build-up. The control panel can be removed periodically to clean behind it, ensuring no grease or moisture accumulates near the electrical components.

A 440 V three-phase version is available for kitchens with higher voltage supplies, allowing the same model to be used in different electrical environments. The range is supplied with a single GN1/1 grid measuring 53x32.5 cm, compatible with standard gastronorm trays and pans.
