An electric range combines a heated worktop for hob cooking with an oven beneath, letting a single appliance handle roasting, baking and stovetop work. The hotplates use electric elements embedded in cast iron; the oven circulates heat from concealed elements, either by natural convection or with a fan that spreads the warmth evenly across every shelf. This dual capability keeps the cooking sequence in one place, saving steps and space in a professional kitchen.
The operator loads the oven with a GN1/1 gastronorm tray on the supplied grid, sets the temperature and switches between static and fan-assisted modes. On the worktop, each of the four cast iron hotplates has a seven-position switch that controls the element's output, letting the chef move from rapid boiling to gentle simmering without changing equipment. A temperature limiter on each plate prevents overheating, protecting both the food and the appliance.
The range is built from 2 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, giving a durable, corrosion-resistant surface that withstands daily cleaning. Rounded edges and chrome-plated components reduce sharp corners and improve hygiene. The worktop supports a pot grate for stable placement of heavy pans, while the front control panel lifts away to expose all serviceable parts for maintenance.
IPX5-rated water-resistant knobs protect the controls from splashes and steam, ensuring safe operation in a busy kitchen. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, and the 800 mm width fits standard worktop runs while leaving room for side-by-side placement with other equipment.
A 15.4 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase electrical supply, the standard for professional catering appliances, allowing the range to draw the current needed for simultaneous oven and hob use. The 112 kg weight indicates a solidly built unit designed for fixed installation; moving it requires at least two people or mechanical assistance. The 550 x 370 x 340 mm oven cavity accommodates a single GN1/1 tray, making it suitable for focused baking or roasting tasks in medium-volume kitchens.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the cast iron hotplates and sealing rings need periodic seasoning to prevent rust and maintain non-stick properties. The removable control panel simplifies access for servicing or replacing components without dismantling the entire unit.
The range is supplied with one grid measuring 53 x 32.5 cm, compatible with GN1/1 trays, and adjustable feet for stable installation.
