Professional stainless steel electric grill
A smooth fry top grill transfers heat directly from a flat stainless steel plate to food, eliminating hot spots and allowing even searing across the entire surface. The plate heats rapidly and holds temperature consistently, so proteins, vegetables and flatbreads cook through without burning. An integrated water tray beneath the plate catches drips and creates steam, keeping food moist while preventing flare-ups. The steam also loosens residue, making the surface easier to clean after service.
To begin, the operator fills the water tray, then switches the grill on and sets the desired temperature. Once the plate reaches the set point, food is placed directly onto the smooth surface. No oil or fat is needed, though a light coating can be used for flavour. The operator monitors cooking, turning or moving items as needed to ensure even browning. When finished, the grill is switched off, and the plate is scraped clean while still warm. The water tray is emptied and wiped, and any removable parts are washed separately.
The CWT-74ET is built from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, with a 1 mm thick satin-finish worktop and rounded edges for safety. Chrome-plated details and a rear protective panel enhance durability. The control knobs are water-resistant to IPX5 standard, protecting against splashes during cleaning. A removable stainless steel grill rack sits above the plate for keeping cooked items warm. The front control panel lifts away for access to internal components, simplifying maintenance.
The 6 kW power rating requires a three-phase 400 V supply, suitable for commercial kitchens with dedicated circuits. The 57 kg weight ensures stability during use, while adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors. The 400 x 705 x 280 mm footprint fits standard worktops, leaving space for food preparation alongside.
Cleaning involves wiping the plate with a scraper while warm, emptying and rinsing the water tray, and washing the grill rack. The control panel and internal parts are accessible by removing the front cover, allowing thorough cleaning of all surfaces. The satin finish resists scratches and maintains a professional appearance over time.
This model is designed for direct cooking on stainless steel heating elements, with a heat reflection system that optimises thermal flow for even cooking and moisture retention. The three-phase voltage supports consistent performance in high-demand environments.
