CFVQ6-912ETVX/V is a professional electric range with 6 cooking zones and an electric oven, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens.
Glass door
An electric stove with a built-in oven combines direct heat from cast-iron hobs with convected heat inside the oven cavity. The hobs use electric elements beneath each ring to transfer heat into pots and pans; the oven circulates hot air with a fan, spreading heat evenly around the food so that dishes cook at the same rate on every shelf. This dual method allows a single appliance to handle boiling, frying, simmering and baking in one continuous service period.
To operate, the chef selects a hob by turning its seven-position switch; the corresponding indicator light glows when the element is live. The oven is set with a separate dial that covers the full temperature range, and a second light confirms the oven is heating. Once the target temperature is reached, the thermostat maintains it automatically. The oven grid supplied fits standard gastronorm trays, so the same containers used for storage and transport can slide straight into the oven.
The body is constructed from 18/10 CrNi stainless steel, finished with a Scotch-Brite satin polish that resists fingerprints and scratches. Edges are rounded for safety, and the rear is protected by a raised lip to prevent spills from running behind the unit. Control knobs are sealed to IPX5, allowing them to be wiped down with a damp cloth without risk of water ingress. The front panel lifts off for deeper cleaning, exposing the wiring and thermostats beneath.
Each of the six hobs is cast iron with a stainless-steel trim ring that protects the element and distributes heat evenly across the base of the pan. A temperature limiter on each hob prevents overheating, and the seven-position switches give precise control over the heat output. The oven cavity measures 550 mm wide, 370 mm deep and 340 mm high, providing space for a full gastronorm tray.
The 29 kW power rating requires a three-phase 400 V supply, which is standard in professional kitchens and allows the stove to reach full temperature quickly even when all hobs and the oven are in use. The 212 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or pallet jack; adjustable feet level it on uneven floors, and a built-in shelf at the rear holds pots and pans ready for service.
Cleaning is limited to the parts named: the stainless-steel body, the cast-iron hobs, the oven grid and the control panel. The sealed knobs and rounded edges simplify daily wipe-downs, while the removable front panel allows access to the internal wiring for periodic deep cleaning.
The model is part of the LOTUS MARINE range, designed for heavy-duty commercial use.
