LOTUS Electric Water Grill with Neutral Cabinet CWK-94ET

A water-sealed electric grill transfers heat through a rotating stainless-steel heating element directly beneath the cooking surface. The element is bathed in a shallow water reservoir that captures drips, reduces smoke and keeps the grill plate at an even temperature across its full width. Steam rising from the water layer reflects back onto the food, speeding cooking and locking in moisture without flare-ups.

The operator fills the removable water tray, positions food on the 27 × 63 cm grill plate and sets the power level. The rotating element heats the plate from below while steam circulates above, browning and basting simultaneously. Once cooking is complete, the tray is lifted out, the water emptied and the grill plate wiped clean.

Construction is 2 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin polish finish. Edges are rounded and fittings are chrome-plated. The control panel at the front is removable for access to all cleaning parts. Adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors. The neutral cabinet beneath the grill has no doors and is designed to store plates or ingredients within arm's reach.

A 5.415 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for commercial kitchen equipment. The 69 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or with two people. The 400 × 900 × 900 mm footprint fits a 90 cm worktop slot, leaving space for side trays or condiments.

Cleaning involves removing the control panel to reach the water tray, grill plate and heating element. The satin finish resists fingerprints and hides minor scratches, while the rounded edges prevent food debris from catching. IPX5-rated waterproof handles allow safe washing down with a hose.
