Professional electric griddle with a smooth cooking surface and an open neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even heating, long service life and easy daily cleaning.
A smooth electric fry-top heats a solid steel plate from below, spreading heat evenly across the entire surface without hot spots. The plate's mass holds the temperature steady, letting chefs sear, grill or sauté in a continuous line from one edge to the other. Because the heat comes from beneath and not from flames, the kitchen stays cooler and the air cleaner, while the absence of raised bars or grooves makes the plate easier to scrape and wipe between batches.
The operator sets the two thermostats to the desired temperature—one for each half of the plate—then waits for the indicator lights to confirm the plate is ready. Food is placed directly on the smooth surface; there is no basket to lower. As cooking progresses, excess fat and juices run to the front edge, where they collect in removable grease trays. When the service is finished, the plate is switched off and allowed to cool before cleaning.
The unit is built from CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges and a rear splashback; chrome-plated components include the control knobs, which are rated IPX5 for water resistance. An open base provides a storage shelf below the cooking plate, and adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors.
Controls consist of two thermostats that regulate the temperature of each half of the plate independently, with a range from 50 °C to 300 °C. Indicator lights show when the heating elements are active.
A 7.4 kW power rating means the fry-top requires a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for heavy-duty catering equipment. The 400 mm depth, 705 mm width and 900 mm height give a compact footprint that fits against a wall or between other appliances, while the 78 kg weight ensures stability without anchoring. The open cabinet design leaves the underside accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
The cooking plate is available in either FE430B carbon steel or FE510C chrome-plated steel, both designed for rapid heating and long service life. Removable grease collection containers slide out for emptying and cleaning. To access internal components, the front control panel lifts away without tools, exposing all serviceable parts.
The unit is supplied with adjustable feet for levelling and does not include doors for the open cabinet.
