FTL-1ET is a professional electric griddle with a smooth 27 × 41 cm cooking surface, temperature control from 50 °C to 300 °C, and a durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens.
A smooth steel fry-top plate heats evenly across its surface, transferring heat directly into meat, fish, vegetables, burgers or eggs without hot spots. Electric elements beneath the plate warm the steel quickly and hold the chosen temperature, letting the operator sear, grill or fry in a single motion. The method keeps food juices where they belong and gives a consistent crust or finish every time.
The operator places the food directly on the plate, sets the thermostat between 50 °C and 300 °C, and starts cooking. A safety thermostat cuts power if the temperature rises beyond the set point, while a grease tray beneath the front edge catches drips and keeps the worktop clean. Once the food is done, the plate is wiped down and the tray emptied.
The griddle is built as a single stainless-steel unit with rounded edges and a rear splash guard. The cooking surface is AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish that resists scratches and stays hygienic. A 3 kW element draws power from a 400 V three-phase supply, allowing rapid heat-up without overloading a single circuit. The compact footprint of 300 mm depth, 500 mm width and 290 mm height fits on most worktops, while the 23 kg weight lets two people lift it onto a shelf or trolley.
A single operating thermostat sets the cooking temperature; a second safety thermostat prevents overheating. The grease collection tray slides out for emptying and cleaning. Daily upkeep involves wiping the plate, rinsing the tray and checking that the splash guard is free of debris.
The FTL-1ET is a single model with no variants. It is placed in the catalogue under electric griddles and fry-tops.
