Professional gas cooktop with 2 burners, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The model provides precise flame control, a high level of operational safety, and easy day-to-day maintenance.
A gas cooking top built for continuous service in professional kitchens, the LOTUS PCT-94G converts natural gas or LPG into direct radiant and convective heat across a solid work surface. Gas flows through a valve assembly to two modular burners; each valve adjusts the flame height smoothly, allowing precise control from a gentle simmer to full rolling boil. A standing pilot flame ignites the burners instantly and remains lit between uses, eliminating the need for manual sparking and reducing the risk of unburned gas accumulation. Should the flame extinguish—through a gust, spill or interruption—the thermocouple safety system detects the drop in temperature and shuts off the gas supply automatically, preventing hazardous leaks onto the hob or into the workspace.
The sequence begins by setting the adjustable legs to level the unit on the worktop or counter. The pilot is lit once, then each burner valve is opened to the desired setting. Pots and pans rest on cast-iron grates that distribute heat evenly and support heavy loads; the central bar of each grate lifts out for thorough cleaning. Spill trays beneath the burners collect drips and grease, and both trays and grates slide off without tools for daily wipe-down. A rear protective panel shields the wall from splashes and heat, while the front control knobs—rated IPX5 for water resistance—remain cool enough to touch during operation.
Construction is 2 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, satin-finished with Scotch-Brite for durability and a non-reflective surface. Edges are rounded to prevent cuts and simplify cleaning, and chrome-plated trim adds corrosion resistance. The 400 mm depth and 900 mm width provide a compact footprint that fits standard worktop cut-outs, while the 64 kg weight ensures stability without permanent fixing. A set of conversion nozzles supplied in the box allows the unit to be switched between natural gas and LPG without additional parts.
The 11 kW power rating indicates the load on the gas supply: a single 11 kW appliance requires a dedicated circuit sized to the local gas pressure and pipe diameter. The 280 mm height leaves clearance for most commercial pans and stockpots, and the IPX5-rated knobs permit hose-down cleaning without electrical hazard. Removable spill trays and grates reduce daily upkeep to a five-minute wipe, and the entire front control panel lifts off for deep cleaning of the valve assembly.
The PCT-94G is a single model with no variants; the supplied conversion kit covers the two common gas types used in professional catering.
