Professional gas griddle with a ribbed cooking surface and an open neutral cabinet, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures even heat distribution, a long service life, and easy daily maintenance.
A gas fry-top with a ribbed cooking surface concentrates heat along the raised ridges, searing meat and vegetables quickly while allowing fat and juices to drain into the grooves. The hot metal transfers energy directly to the food, giving even browning and a crisp finish without constant stirring. Two independent cooking areas let the operator set different temperatures for separate tasks, so one side can hold a sauce at a simmer while the other sears steaks at high heat.
The operator lights the pilot with the piezo ignition, then sets the desired temperature on the waterproof control knobs. Each knob governs one of the two zones, adjusting the gas flow through a thermostatic valve that maintains the chosen level. A thermocouple monitors the flame and cuts the supply if it fails, preventing gas leaks. Exhaust gases are drawn away through a rear flue, keeping the kitchen air clear. Below the cooking plate, a large-capacity grease tray slides out for emptying, reducing the risk of flare-ups and making daily cleaning faster.
The cooking plate measures 76 cm by 51 cm and is made of 2 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin Scotch-Brite finish. Edges are rounded for safety, and the rear panel and chrome details protect the unit from splashes. An open cabinet beneath provides storage for kitchen tools and accessories, while adjustable legs ensure a stable, level worktop even on uneven floors. The unit is supplied with a conversion kit for different gas types and a single end panel (TPA-9) to close the run.
The 14 kW power rating requires a dedicated gas line capable of supplying the full load without pressure drop. The 800 mm width and 705 mm depth set the footprint on the kitchen floor, while the 900 mm height allows comfortable use at standard worktop level. The 114 kg weight means the unit must be moved with a trolley or two people, and fixed legs prevent accidental shifting during service.
Cleaning involves removing the front control panel to access the gas valves and burners. The grease tray slides out for emptying and washing, and the stainless steel surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The waterproof control knobs and IPX5-rated handles resist splashes, so they can be cleaned in place without risk of damage. Regular removal of grease from the tray and flue prevents build-up that could affect performance or safety.
