Professional gas fryer with 25 + 25 L oil tanks, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens.
A gas fryer with twin 25 litre tanks heats oil rapidly for high-volume frying, using direct flame beneath each vat to maintain consistent temperature across the full depth. The neutral cabinet beneath provides dry, ambient storage for ingredients or finished batches without cross-contamination from steam or grease. This configuration keeps the fryer and its workspace organised, allowing continuous service during peak demand.
Oil is heated by gas burners under each tank, controlled by individual thermostats that cycle the flame to hold the set temperature. A pilot light and piezo ignition provide instant start-up, while a thermocouple and gas safety valve shut off the supply if the flame fails. Exhaust gases are vented through a rear flue, keeping the kitchen atmosphere clear. The electric element draws minimal power, used only for ignition and safety circuits.
The operator loads each basket with product, lowers it into the pre-heated oil, and sets the timer. Four baskets, each sized for a single batch, allow staggered frying of different items without flavour transfer. A hinged lid over each tank reduces heat loss and splashing, while a removable mesh filter under the baskets captures crumbs, extending oil life. Once the cycle completes, the baskets are lifted, drained, and the product transferred to the neutral cabinet below, ready for plating or holding.
The unit is constructed from 18/10 CrNi stainless steel, with a 2 mm thick worktop and satin-finish Scotch-Brite surfaces that resist scratches and corrosion. Rounded corners and a raised rear edge simplify cleaning, while chrome-plated components add durability. The front control panel detaches for access to internal parts, and adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors. A conversion kit for alternative gas types is included, along with a TPA-9 end panel for seamless installation in a run of equipment.
Controls include individual thermostats for each tank, piezo ignition, and a gas safety valve with thermocouple protection. The pilot light confirms the burner is ready, and the flue ensures safe exhaust.
The 40 kW gas input delivers a 50 kg/h output, suitable for high-demand service in restaurants, takeaways or event catering. The 230 V electrical requirement is for ignition and safety only, allowing the unit to run on a standard kitchen circuit without additional load. The 126 kg weight requires two-person handling or a trolley, and the 800 mm width fits standard worktop runs while leaving space for adjacent equipment. The twin 25 litre tanks allow simultaneous frying of different products, and the neutral cabinet below provides immediate storage without additional shelving.
Cleaning involves removing the baskets and mesh filters, draining the oil, and wiping down the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth. The detachable control panel allows access to internal components for thorough cleaning, while the rounded corners and raised rear edge prevent debris accumulation. The oil filter should be cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain oil quality and extend its usable life.
The fryer is supplied with a conversion kit for alternative gas types, adjustable legs, and a TPA-9 end panel for integrated installation.
This model is designed for professional catering environments and is not intended for domestic use.
