Professional gas range with 1 burner, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long service life, even heat distribution, and easy daily cleaning.
A professional gas range built for high-output cooking, combining a powerful single burner with an open stainless steel shelf unit for kitchen essentials. The burner generates intense, controlled heat by mixing gas with air before ignition, producing a stable flame that transfers energy directly to pots and pans. A pilot flame remains lit to ensure immediate ignition when the gas valve is opened, while a thermocouple monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if it extinguishes, preventing leaks. This method delivers consistent, adjustable heat for tasks that demand precision and power, from rapid boiling to sustained simmering.
The sequence begins by placing a pot or pan on the cast-iron grate, which provides a sturdy, heat-resistant surface. The operator ignites the pilot, then opens the gas valve to release fuel to the main burner. The control knob adjusts the flame size, allowing fine-tuning of heat output. Once cooking is complete, the valve is closed, extinguishing the main flame while the pilot remains ready for the next use. A removable drip tray beneath the burner collects spills and grease, simplifying cleanup.
The entire unit is constructed from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, including the worktop, rear guard panel, and open shelf below. The worktop is 2 mm thick with rounded edges, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin polish for durability and ease of cleaning. Chrome-plated components and IPX5-rated water-resistant control knobs withstand splashes and frequent wiping. The open shelf beneath the burner provides accessible storage for kitchen tools, while adjustable legs ensure stable placement on uneven floors.
The 10 kW power rating indicates a substantial gas load, requiring a dedicated supply line capable of delivering the necessary volume without pressure drop. The 400 mm depth and 705 mm width determine the footprint on the worktop, while the 900 mm height positions the burner at a comfortable working level. The 63 kg weight reflects the robust construction and requires two people to move safely, typically using a trolley or lifting equipment.
Cleaning involves removing the drip tray and front control panel to access internal components. The stainless steel surfaces resist corrosion and can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitising solutions. The cast-iron grate and burner head are lifted out for thorough cleaning, while the pilot assembly and thermocouple are checked periodically for blockages or wear.
The range is supplied with conversion nozzles to switch between natural gas and LPG, allowing installation in kitchens with either supply. The open cabinet model is categorised under professional cooking ranges with integrated storage solutions.
