Professional gas range with 6 burners and a multifunction electric oven with a temperature range from 50 to 260 °C, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long service life.
A professional gas range combines six open burners with a built-in electric multifunction oven, letting a kitchen run both hob and oven processes at once without switching energy sources. The burners fire directly beneath pots and pans, transferring heat through the base of the cookware; the oven surrounds food with hot air, circulating it to cook evenly from all sides. This dual-fuel arrangement keeps the responsiveness of gas on the hob while giving the oven the precise temperature control and multiple cooking modes that electricity provides.
To use the range, the operator first sets the adjustable legs to level the unit on the worktop or floor. Each burner is lit by pressing the control knob to release gas and spark the pilot flame; the thermocouple then holds the gas valve open as long as the flame is present. Once the burners are running, pots and pans sit on cast-iron grates that spread the weight and keep the cookware stable. Below the burners, a removable drip tray collects spills for easier cleaning. In the oven, the user selects one of the multifunction programmes—baking, roasting, grilling or a combination—then sets the temperature between 50 and 260 °C using the control panel. The glass door allows the food to be monitored without opening the oven and losing heat.
The entire construction is built from 18/10 chromium-nickel stainless steel, finished in a satin Scotch-Brite surface that resists scratches and fingerprints. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges, and the rear panel acts as a splash guard. Control knobs are water-resistant to IPX5, allowing them to be wiped down without risk of electrical damage. Cast-iron grates support heavy pots and pans, while chrome-plated details add corrosion resistance. The oven interior is lined with stainless steel and includes a removable drip tray for liquid collection.
A 35 kW gas input provides the hob with rapid heat output, suitable for high-demand cooking, while the 5 kW electric supply powers the oven's heating elements and fan. The 400 V three-phase connection matches the supply used in professional kitchens, allowing the range to be installed alongside other heavy-duty equipment without overloading a single circuit. At 177 kg, the unit is moved with a trolley or forklift, and its 1200 mm width fits standard commercial worktop spaces.
Cleaning is simplified by the removable drip trays beneath the burners and inside the oven. The front control panel can be detached to access internal components, and the entire stainless steel surface can be wiped down with standard kitchen cleaners. The range comes with conversion nozzles for switching between natural gas and LPG, allowing it to be used in locations where one or the other is supplied.
The model is placed in the professional catering catalogue under ranges and dual-fuel appliances.
