Professional gas range with 4 burners and a static gas oven (125–275 °C), designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures safe operation, even heating and easy daily maintenance.
Glass door.
A gas range combines a hob and a static oven in one unit, delivering direct heat from burners on the worktop and radiant heat inside the oven cavity. The hob uses high-efficiency modulating gas burners to produce an adjustable flame, allowing precise control over cooking temperatures for frying, boiling or simmering. The static oven heats food by circulating warmth from its walls and base, creating an even temperature for baking, roasting or holding dishes at a set level. This method relies on steady heat retention rather than forced air, which suits dishes that benefit from consistent, gentle cooking without drying out.
To operate the range, the user first selects the gas type—Natural Gas or LPG—by fitting the supplied nozzles. The adjustable feet are set to level the unit on the kitchen floor, ensuring stability during use. The burners are ignited electrically, with each knob controlling a dedicated burner. The two smaller burners provide 3.5 kW of output, while the larger ones deliver 5.5 kW, allowing the operator to match the heat to the pot or pan. The oven is preheated by setting the temperature control knob between 125 and 275 °C, monitored by the built-in thermostat. Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, the grid is loaded with trays or dishes, and the door is closed to maintain heat.
The construction is built from 18/10 AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The worktop is 1 mm thick with rounded edges, reducing the risk of damage to pots or accidental injury. Chrome-plated components and a rear splashback protect the unit from splashes and grease, while the Scotch-Brite satin finish reduces visible fingerprints and scratches. Heavy-duty cast iron pan supports provide a stable base for pots and pans, even under high heat. The control knobs are IPX5 water-resistant, allowing them to be wiped down without risk of damage.
The 22 kW power rating reflects the total gas output of the burners and oven, requiring a dedicated gas line capable of supplying the necessary flow. The 230 V electrical connection powers the ignition system and any auxiliary components, such as the oven light or safety valves. The unit weighs 97 kg, which means it is designed to be moved with equipment such as a pallet truck or by two people, rather than being portable. The 800 mm width and 600 mm depth fit standard kitchen worktop layouts, while the 900 mm height allows for comfortable use without stooping. The oven cavity measures 640x390x350 mm, accommodating a single GN1/1 tray supplied with the unit.
Cleaning involves removing the front control panel and drip trays to access the internal components, such as the burners and gas valves. The stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the cast iron pan supports may require occasional scrubbing to remove baked-on residue. The chrome-plated components and splashback should be dried after cleaning to prevent water spots. The gas valves are equipped with a thermocouple and safety valve, which automatically shut off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, reducing the risk of leaks.
The range is supplied with nozzles for both Natural Gas and LPG, allowing it to be used in kitchens with either supply. The adjustable feet ensure the unit can be levelled on uneven floors, preventing wobbling during use. The static oven's temperature range of 125 to 275 °C covers most baking, roasting and holding tasks, though it does not include a fan for forced convection.
This model is categorised under professional cooking ranges in the LOTUS catalogue, designed for commercial kitchens requiring a combination of hob and oven in a single unit.
