A gas range combines a worktop of high-efficiency burners with a static oven beneath, letting one appliance sear, simmer and bake without moving pans between stations. The burners heat by combustion: gas mixes with air in a venturi, the mixture ignites, and the flame transfers heat directly to the pan. A static oven encloses the heat in a sealed cavity, where it rises naturally and surrounds the food evenly. This method gives steady, predictable results for roasting, baking and slow cooking without the air movement that can dry some dishes. The sequence starts on the hob. The operator lights each burner by turning the IPX5 water-resistant knob; an electric spark ignites the gas, and the flame stays lit as long as the knob is held for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to open the safety valve. Once the pan supports are hot, pans are placed directly on them. The oven is set separately: the temperature knob selects a value between 125 and 275 °C, and the static element heats the cavity until the thermostat cuts in. Food is loaded on the supplied grid, which fits the 640 × 390 × 350 mm oven interior. After cooking, the oven door is opened to release heat, and the grid is removed for serving or plating. The construction is 18/10 AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel throughout, with a 1 mm thick worktop that has rounded edges to prevent cuts and a satin Scotch-Brite finish that resists scratches and fingerprints. Chrome-plated components and a rear splashback protect the unit from splashes and steam. Heavy-duty cast iron pan supports withstand the weight of large stockpots and braising pans. The front control panel and drip trays lift off for access to all internal parts, simplifying maintenance. Controls include six gas knobs for the burners, each with a thermocouple and safety valve that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. The oven has a separate temperature knob that sets the static element between 125 and 275 °C. Adjustable feet at each corner allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stable operation and preventing spills. The 31 kW power rating means the range draws a substantial gas load, so it must be connected to a dedicated gas line sized for the appliance. The 230 V electrical supply powers only the ignition and safety circuits, not the burners or oven. The 106 kg weight requires two people to move the unit and a sturdy worktop or floor that can support the load. The 1000 × 600 mm footprint fits standard kitchen layouts, leaving space for adjacent equipment while providing a full-width cooking surface. The satin-finished stainless steel worktop and rounded edges let grease and spills slide straight into the drip trays without crevices to trap residue. The stainless steel worktop and splashback wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Drip trays and the front control panel remove for thorough cleaning, and the oven interior is accessed by lifting out the grid. The burners and pan supports can be taken off to clean beneath them, and the cast iron supports may be washed in warm soapy water but must be dried immediately to prevent rust. The range is supplied with nozzles for both natural gas and LPG, allowing it to be installed in kitchens with either supply. A grid measuring 53 × 32.5 cm (GN1/1) is included, matching standard gastronorm trays for easy transfer of food between stations. This model is listed in the catalogue under professional cooking equipment, gas ranges with static ovens.
