A gas stove with a static oven combines direct flame cooking on the hob with radiant heat inside the oven cavity. The burners on the worktop heat pots and pans with adjustable flames, while the oven below uses a gas burner to warm the air, which then circulates naturally without a fan. This static method gives even baking and roasting without the drying effect of forced air, making it suitable for traditional recipes that rely on steady, gentle heat.

The sequence begins by selecting a burner and turning the knob to ignite the pilot light. The thermocouple safety valve keeps the gas flow open only when the flame is present, preventing leaks. Once the hob is lit, the operator can adjust the flame to simmer, boil or sear. For oven use, the wide door opens to reveal a spacious cavity fitted with a grill element and a timer. The piezoelectric ignition starts the oven burner, and the temperature is set with a separate knob. The cast iron grills support heavy trays, and the removable liquid collectors catch spills for easy cleaning.

Construction is in CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin polish finish. The 1 mm thick worktop has rounded edges and a rear splashback to protect the wall. Chromed details and waterproof IPX5 knobs resist moisture and grease. The front control panel lifts off to expose all serviceable parts, and the liquid collectors slide out for daily cleaning.

The stove is supplied with conversion jets for both LPG and natural gas, allowing it to be installed on either supply without additional parts. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and a flue at the rear vents combustion gases safely.

A power rating of 21 kW indicates the load the stove places on the gas supply, which must be sized accordingly in a commercial kitchen. The 800 mm width fits standard worktop runs, while the 550 mm depth leaves space for rear clearance and the splashback. The 900 mm height allows comfortable access to the oven without stooping, and the weight ensures stability during use.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth, removing the liquid collectors to wash separately, and lifting the front panel to reach the burners and valves. The cast iron grills can be scrubbed or replaced when worn, and the oven cavity is accessed through the wide door for regular maintenance.

The CF2-58G is listed in the professional cooking section of the catalogue, under gas stoves with static ovens.
