Professional induction WOK cooker with one cooking zone, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The high-power induction system ensures fast and precise heating, while the recessed WOK cooking zone is ideally suited for traditional WOK pans.
An induction wok station built for the speed and volume of professional kitchens. Instead of a flame or a heating element, a high-frequency magnetic field passes through the ceramic glass surface and directly heats the base of a magnetic wok pan. The pan becomes the heat source, so energy is not wasted warming the air or the hob itself. Heat is generated instantly and stops the moment the pan is lifted, giving the chef immediate control over temperature and eliminating the risk of scorching when the pan is removed.
The curved 300 mm cooking zone is shaped to match the rounded base of a traditional steel wok. The induction field follows the contour, ensuring even contact and rapid, uniform heating across the entire surface. A single control dial or digital panel—depending on the variant—adjusts power in precise steps, from gentle simmering to high-heat stir-frying. The system only activates when it detects a compatible pan, so the hob remains cool to the touch elsewhere, improving safety and energy efficiency.
To operate, place a steel wok pan on the curved zone and secure it with the built-in pan retainers. Set the desired power level; the unit will begin heating within seconds. The chef can stir, toss and sauté without waiting for the hob to reach temperature, and the absence of open flames reduces smoke and fumes in the kitchen. When cooking is complete, lift the pan; the induction field deactivates automatically, leaving the surface safe to clean.
The body is constructed from 2 mm 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite satin finish. Edges are rounded for safety, and the rear protective panel and chrome details resist corrosion in humid environments. IPX5-rated waterproof control knobs allow the unit to be wiped down without risk of electrical damage. Adjustable locking legs provide a stable, level base on uneven floors, and the front control panel can be removed for access to internal components during maintenance.
A 4.5 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase circuit, the standard supply for commercial catering equipment. The 53 kg weight ensures the unit stays firmly in place during vigorous cooking, while the 400 × 900 × 900 mm footprint fits into a standard worktop run without overhang. The voltage range of 400/440 V and 50/60 Hz frequency allows installation across European power grids without modification.
Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth ceramic glass surface can be wiped with a damp cloth after each service. The stainless steel body and rear panel are resistant to stains and fingerprints, and the removable front panel allows access to internal parts for periodic deep cleaning. The included end stop (TPA-9) prevents adjacent equipment from sliding into the wok zone, keeping the worktop organised.
Variants with mechanical or digital controls are available under the same model series, allowing kitchens to choose the interface that best suits their workflow. The unit is designed exclusively for professional use and is not intended for domestic settings.
