Three-phase induction cooking top 35x77 cm
Digital control.

An induction cooking top transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware, heating only the pan and its contents without warming the surrounding air. A high-frequency electromagnetic field beneath the ceramic glass surface generates eddy currents in the base of the pan, turning it into the heat source. This method eliminates open flames and radiant elements, reducing heat loss and allowing instant response to temperature changes. The hob remains cool to the touch outside the pan's footprint, improving safety and comfort in busy kitchens.
The LOTUS PCID-84ETDX induction hob is operated by placing a pan with a magnetic steel base on the ceramic glass surface. The control panel, either standard or digital, is used to select the desired power level or temperature setting, from delicate simmering to rapid boiling. Once set, the hob heats the pan immediately, with no preheating required. The unit maintains the chosen setting until adjusted or switched off, and the pan can be removed or replaced without interrupting the cooking process. Rolling racks secure pots in place during use, preventing accidental movement.
Constructed from CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 grade stainless steel, the unit features a 2 mm thick worktop with a Scotch-Brite satin polish finish and chromed details. The ceramic glass cooking surface is durable and easy to clean, while the stainless steel frame provides stability and resistance to corrosion. The hob is fixed in place using an integrated mounting system, ensuring it remains secure during operation.
The 10 kW power rating allows for rapid heating and high-output cooking, suitable for demanding professional environments. The 400 V three-phase electrical supply is standard in commercial kitchens, supporting the unit's power demands without overloading circuits. At 20 kg, the hob is lightweight enough to be positioned on worktops or counters, while its 400x800x310 mm footprint fits within standard kitchen layouts without occupying excessive space.
Cleaning involves wiping the ceramic glass surface after use to remove spills and residue, while the stainless steel body can be cleaned with mild detergent and water. The absence of open flames or exposed elements simplifies maintenance, as there are no burners or grates to disassemble. The unit's design ensures that only the pan and its contents are heated, reducing the risk of baked-on food or grease accumulation on the hob itself.
The PCID-84ETDX is a professional induction hob designed for commercial catering use, offering precise control, energy efficiency, and a compact, durable build.
