A stainless steel worktop on cabinet provides a hygienic, durable surface for food preparation, plating and assembly in professional kitchens. The flat top resists heat, stains and impact, while the cabinet below organises utensils, small appliances or ingredients within arm's reach. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of spills, reducing corrosion and simplifying cleaning beneath the base. The worktop is fabricated from a single sheet of 1 mm thick CrNi 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, chosen for its corrosion resistance and food-safe properties. A Scotch-Brite satin polish finish reduces glare and hides minor scratches, maintaining a professional appearance through daily use. Rounded edges prevent sharp corners that could damage packaging or injure staff, while chromed details and a rear splashback protect the wall from splashes and grease. The PL-93X measures 300 mm deep, 900 mm wide and 900 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits between hobs, sinks or other workstations. At 50 kg, the unit is light enough for two people to reposition without machinery, yet stable once the adjustable feet are set. The cabinet is available with or without a drawer, allowing operators to choose the configuration that best suits their storage needs. Adjustable feet are supplied with the unit, enabling precise levelling on uneven floors. A fixing system secures the worktop to adjacent units or walls, preventing movement during busy service periods. The satin-finished stainless steel surface sheds grease and spatter during cooking, so a damp cloth restores the worktop without scrubbing after each service. The satin-polished stainless steel surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the rounded edges and absence of crevices reduce trapped food debris. The rear splashback and chromed details can be cleaned in the same way, maintaining hygiene standards without specialised equipment.
