LOTUS PLA-68 Stainless Steel Corner Worktop with Cabinet

A corner worktop creates a continuous workspace where two walls meet, turning unused space into an organised prep or plating area. The angled design allows staff to move around the corner without obstruction while keeping utensils and small equipment within arm's reach beneath the worktop.

The worktop itself is a single sheet of stainless steel, satin-finished to reduce glare and resist scratches. Rounded edges prevent sharp corners that can trap debris or cause injury. Below the worktop, a stainless steel cabinet provides enclosed storage for pots, pans, mixing bowls or cleaning supplies. The cabinet door locks to secure contents during service or overnight.

Assembly is straightforward: the unit arrives fully welded, so only the adjustable feet need to be set to level the worktop. Once level, the locking system on the feet prevents the unit from shifting during use. The feet are chrome-plated for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

The 800 mm by 600 mm footprint fits neatly into most corner configurations, while the 900 mm height matches standard worktop levels in professional kitchens. At 50 kg, the unit is light enough to be moved by two people but heavy enough to remain stable under load. The 1 mm thick worktop supports typical prep tasks without flexing, and the 18/10 AISI 304 CrNi stainless steel resists corrosion from water, salt and acidic ingredients.

Cleaning follows the same routine as any stainless steel surface: warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth remove most residues. The satin finish hides minor scratches, and the rounded edges prevent dirt from collecting in crevices. The cabinet interior can be wiped down with the same solution, and the chrome-plated feet require only a damp cloth to maintain their appearance.
