A stainless steel worktop on cabinet provides a hygienic, durable surface for food preparation, plating and service in professional kitchens. The flat top resists heat, stains and corrosion, while the cabinet below organises utensils, small equipment or ingredients within arm's reach. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of spills, protecting both the structure and the food safety programme.

The worktop is fabricated as a single sheet of 1 mm stainless steel, pressed and welded to form a seamless surface with rounded edges. A rear splashback prevents liquids from running down the wall, and chromed details protect corners and joints from impact. The satin finish reduces glare under kitchen lighting and masks minor scratches that occur during daily use.

To install, position the unit where it is needed, adjust the feet until the top is level, and secure it to the wall or adjacent units with the supplied fixing system. The cabinet interior is accessed by lifting the worktop or opening the optional drawer, allowing staff to store and retrieve items without bending or stretching.

Construction is 18/10 CrNi AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, chosen for its resistance to rust and ease of cleaning. The 300 mm depth leaves room for a hob or bain-marie on top while still allowing comfortable reach across the surface. The 900 mm width accommodates multiple tasks side by side, and the 900 mm height matches standard worktop levels in commercial kitchens.

The 47 kg weight ensures stability during vigorous chopping or mixing, yet the unit can be moved by two people when the kitchen layout is reorganised. Adjustable feet compensate for floor irregularities, and the fixing system prevents the unit from shifting during use.

Cleaning involves wiping the top with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, then drying it to maintain the satin finish. The rounded edges and seamless construction prevent food debris from collecting in corners, and the splashback is wiped down at the same time as the worktop. The cabinet interior is cleaned weekly or as the kitchen hygiene schedule requires.

Two versions are available: with or without a drawer. The drawer, when fitted, slides on full-extension runners for easy access to stored items.
