A stainless steel worktop built for professional kitchens, combining a durable work surface with an integrated drawer for organised storage. The unit stands on adjustable legs, allowing the height to be set to match adjacent equipment or workstations, while a locking system keeps the legs firmly in place once positioned.

The work surface is made from 1 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its resistance to corrosion and staining in high-moisture environments. The surface is finished with a Scotch-Brite treatment, which reduces glare and masks minor scratches, maintaining a consistent appearance under kitchen lighting. Edges are rounded for safety and ease of cleaning, and chrome-plated details provide a contrast that helps define the drawer front and leg bases.

The drawer, also in stainless steel, measures 19 cm deep, 50 cm wide and 15 cm high, offering enclosed space for utensils, cloths or small tools without cluttering the work surface. It slides within the worktop frame, positioned below the main surface to keep stored items within easy reach while working.

Operation is straightforward: the legs are adjusted to the desired height using the integrated mechanism, then locked to prevent movement. The drawer opens and closes on runners, providing access to stored items without removing the worktop from its position. The work surface itself remains clear for food preparation, plating or assembly tasks.

The 300 mm depth and 705 mm width create a compact footprint that fits between standard kitchen modules or against a wall, while the 280 mm overall height allows it to sit beneath wall-mounted cupboards or shelves. The 23 kg weight ensures stability during use but remains light enough for two people to move the unit without machinery.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the stainless steel surface and drawer can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the Scotch-Brite finish reduces the need for polishing. The chrome-plated parts require only a dry cloth to remove fingerprints. The adjustable legs should be checked periodically to ensure they remain locked in position, preventing accidental movement during use.
