LOTUS RACK-610 Rolling Rack for Professional Kitchens

A rolling rack keeps ingredients, trays or utensils within reach while freeing the worktop. Four swivel castors let the unit glide across the floor, so staff can reposition it without lifting. The frame supports shelves or hooks, turning floor space into organised storage that moves with the workflow.

The operator loads the rack with trays, containers or hanging tools, then rolls it to the next station. When the task is complete, the rack returns to its storage position or moves on to the next area. The low weight allows one person to steer it through doorways and around tight corners.

The RACK-610 is built as a single frame of tubular steel, giving a rigid structure that carries the load without sagging. The 1000 mm length provides space for standard gastronorm trays or custom shelves, while the 600 mm width keeps the unit narrow enough to pass through most kitchen corridors.

The 9 kg weight means the rack can be lifted onto a van or moved between floors by one person. The footprint of 1000 x 600 mm fits alongside worktops and under counters, turning dead space into mobile storage.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the frame with a damp cloth; no disassembly is required.
