The RACK-63 is sized to fit through narrow kitchen aisles and under standard worktops. Its footprint matches the width of a single gastronorm tray, so it can be parked beside a prep station or a plating line without blocking the passage. The shelves are open on all sides, letting the operator slide items on and off from any direction without turning the rack.

To use the rack, the operator loads the shelves with trays, pans or containers, then pushes the rack to the next station. The castors swivel freely when the rack is moving and lock when it is stationary, holding the load in place while the operator works. When the task is finished, the rack is emptied or moved to the next area.

The frame is constructed from lightweight metal tubing, giving the rack its 3 kg weight and letting it carry loads that are much heavier than the rack itself. The shelves are open wire grids that allow air to circulate around the items, keeping ingredients at a stable temperature and preventing condensation.
