LOTUS RACK-98 Rolling Rack for Professional Kitchens

A rolling rack keeps ingredients, trays and small equipment off worktops and floors, letting kitchen staff move them in a single trip instead of carrying each item separately. The rack stands on castors, so it rolls smoothly across tiled or sealed floors without lifting. Shelves or rails hold the load; the frame transfers the weight to the wheels, which spread the pressure so the floor stays undamaged.

To use the RACK-98, load trays, pans or containers onto the shelves. Push the rack to the next station—prep, oven, chiller or plating line. When the task is finished, unload the items and return the empty rack to its storage position. The low 7 kg weight allows one person to steer it even when fully loaded.

The RACK-98 is built from tubular steel for strength without bulk. The 800 mm width and 900 mm height create a footprint that fits through standard kitchen doorways and between workstations, while the open frame lets air circulate around stored items.
