Vacuum packing machine 25 mc/h
A vacuum packing machine removes air from a sealed bag to extend shelf life, protect texture and lock in flavour. The Bright18H draws air out of the chamber with a high-capacity pump, then seals the bag before reintroducing the atmosphere. For delicate or soft foods, an inert gas can replace the air, creating a modified atmosphere that prevents oxidation and crushing. The process is controlled by a sensor system that adjusts vacuum levels and sealing times to match the product, ensuring consistent results without manual intervention.
To operate, place the product inside a compatible bag and lay it flat on the chamber floor. Close the lid; the machine automatically starts the selected programme. The digital panel displays each stage—vacuum, sealing, gas injection if used—and signals completion. Once finished, lift the lid and remove the packed item. The soft-air function gently restores atmospheric pressure when packing spicy or irregular items such as meat with bones, preventing damage to the bag or product.
The Bright18H is built entirely of stainless steel, including the Power-Steel chamber that resists deformation under repeated vacuum cycles. A 415 mm removable sealing rod runs across the front of the chamber, and a second rod can be added for simultaneous sealing of multiple bags. The waterproof digital control panel offers 36 pre-set programmes, including an exclusive FTY preset and a deaeration programme DSI for simplified cycles. A vessel nozzle allows external vacuum creation with the optional Easy accessory, while an H2Out humidification pump removes excess moisture during the cycle.
The 1.6 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated 220-240 V circuit capable of handling the starting current of the 25 m³ per hour vacuum pump. The machine's 103 kg weight means it is moved on castors or with a pallet truck, not lifted by hand. Its footprint of 589 mm wide, 602 mm deep and 1025 mm high fits under most worktops but requires clear space above for the lid to open fully. The maximum bag dimensions of 400 mm by 500 mm determine the size of products that can be packed in a single cycle.
Cleaning involves wiping the chamber and sealing rod with a damp cloth after each use to remove food residue. The stainless-steel surfaces resist corrosion but should be dried to prevent water spots. The vacuum pump oil level should be checked monthly and topped up as needed to maintain performance. The removable sealing rod simplifies access for thorough cleaning, and the waterproof control panel can be wiped down without risk of damage.
The Bright18H is a single model with no variants, designed for professional kitchens and food-service operations.
