Puly Caff PULY MILK Coffee Machine Milk System Cleaner

A daily cleaning solution for the milk systems of professional coffee machines, Puly Caff PULY MILK removes milk residues that accumulate inside frothers, suction tubes and steam wands. Milk proteins and fats left behind after each use provide a breeding ground for bacteria, which can affect both hygiene and the flavour of espresso-based drinks. The cleaner dissolves these deposits chemically, breaking them into particles small enough to be flushed out with water. Because it is formulated for frequent use, it does not corrode seals or leave behind any film that could alter the taste of the next drink.

To clean a milk frother, the operator mixes a measured dose of PULY MILK with cold water in a container. The suction tube is inserted into the solution and the machine is run, drawing the mixture through the internal passages. The same container is then filled with clean water and the process repeated to rinse. For steam wands, the wand is dipped into the solution and the steam valve is opened and closed repeatedly, forcing the cleaner through the nozzle and internal channels. A final rinse with cold water completes the cycle. Both procedures take less than two minutes and can be carried out between service peaks without interrupting workflow.

The solution is supplied in a one-litre container, which is sufficient for forty cleaning cycles when the recommended dilution is followed. The bottle is made of recyclable plastic and is fitted with a child-resistant cap. No additional tools or brushes are required; the cleaner works through the existing milk and steam circuits of the coffee machine.

PULY MILK is compatible with all commercial coffee machines that incorporate milk frothers or steam wands, regardless of make or model.
