Refrigerated base TBP/15

The GEMM refrigerated base is a professional-grade appliance designed for use in high-demand kitchen environments. It combines a robust construction with advanced cooling technologies to ensure consistent and uniform temperature distribution, regardless of load.

Each door section features its own cooling zone thanks to evaporators placed between every two doors, ensuring even temperature throughout the interior even under full load. Cooling is facilitated by the HSS (Helped Static System) technology, blending the advantages of both static and dynamic systems. This preserves product freshness while minimizing moisture loss.

Temperature control is managed via digital thermostats, adjustable between 0 to +6 °C, ideal for storing various food categories. Each door includes a grid shelf compatible with GN 60 × 40 cm trays, aligning with industry-standard food logistics.

This base meets the tropical climate class, meaning it operates reliably even at ambient temperatures up to +43 °C — perfect for hot, high-demand kitchen environments.
