Slicer 330 VK FA DUAL

Slicer 330 VK FA DUAL is a professional fully automatic slicer that can also be operated in manual mode. The machine is designed for cutting meat, cold cuts and cheese into even and precise slices. In automatic mode, the slicing process can operate without constant operator intervention.

The machine is equipped with a touchscreen control panel that allows you to set and save slicing programs, view diagnostic information, access operating and maintenance instructions, and configure machine settings. Wi-Fi connectivity is also available.

Five carriage speeds are available for automatic slicing. The machine features a tilting carriage with an adjustable aluminium product pusher and a built-in sharpener. The low loading height facilitates product loading, while the compact design allows the machine to be used in areas with limited workspace.

The machine surfaces are made of polished aluminium. Special sliding grooves reduce friction and facilitate cleaning. The sharpener, blade guard, deflector, product pusher, slice depositing components and several other parts can be removed for thorough cleaning.

The slicer is equipped with a 330 mm diameter blade with a rotation speed of 180–250 rpm. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0.5 to 8 mm, while the carriage travel is 345 mm. Cutting capacity is up to Ø 180 mm for round products or up to 250 × 180 mm for other product shapes. Operating speed is 30 / 40 / 50 strokes per minute.
