This countertop machine prepares and serves two separate 2-litre batches of cold cream, soft-serve ice cream or slush drinks. Twin 2-litre hoppers encourage frequent product changes, ensuring each serving is freshly made rather than stored for long periods.

A refrigerated cylinder and rotating dasher inside each hopper work in tandem. The cylinder removes heat from the mixture while the dasher scrapes the chilled walls, incorporating air. This continuous mixing creates the smooth, creamy texture typical of soft-serve desserts. The same method chills slush drinks evenly, avoiding large ice crystals and maintaining a pourable consistency.

To operate, the user pours the liquid mix into the hoppers, sets the desired consistency on the control panel, and starts the machine. Once the target temperature is reached, the product is ready to serve. A safety stop system immediately stops the dasher if the hopper lid is opened, safeguarding staff and customers. The front tap dispenses measured portions directly into cups or cones, keeping the remaining batch protected from room temperature.

The housing features a fire-resistant plastic frame made of ABS and polycarbonate, reinforced with steel side panels for added strength. The exterior comes in black and white, blending seamlessly with most café and kiosk counters. Its compact dimensions—281 mm deep, 391 mm wide and 498 mm high—allow it to fit snugly on tight worktops without overcrowding other equipment.

Controls are straightforward: an on/off switch, a temperature dial for each hopper, and indicator lights showing when the machine is cooling and when the product is ready. With a 0.5 kW power rating, it operates on a standard mains supply, eliminating the need for special wiring in smaller venues.

Weighing 26 kg, the unit is manageable for two people to move yet remains stable on a counter. The 220-240 V voltage is compatible with the UK and most European electrical systems, so no additional transformer is necessary.

Cleaning is simple due to the design: hoppers and dashers lift out for washing, taps detach for thorough scrubbing, and smooth ABS surfaces can be wiped down with sanitiser. The steel panels resist corrosion and can be cleaned with standard kitchen degreasers.

An optional I-Tank model is available for venues requiring longer operation without refilling.
