A commercial washing machine engineered for high-volume laundries that use an external hot-water supply to cut energy costs. The DANUBE WEN-60C HW ET2 draws pre-heated water from the building's system, eliminating the need for an internal heating element and reducing the electrical load during each cycle.

Instead of heating water electrically, the machine mixes incoming hot water with cold to reach the target temperature for the selected programme. This method shortens cycle times and lowers peak power demand, allowing the machine to run on a standard three-phase 400 V circuit without overloading it. The drum and outer tub are driven by a direct motor that spins at 505 r.p.m., extracting more water before the drying stage and saving time in the finishing process.

Loading is front-facing for easy access in a worktop-height installation. The operator opens the door, fills the drum with up to 60 kg of linen, selects one of the 20 preset programmes or creates a custom cycle, and starts the machine. The Intelligent Consumption system measures the actual load and adjusts water, detergent and energy use accordingly, while the Water Saving function offers three levels of economy. During the cycle the 7-inch touch screen displays real-time progress, video instructions and alerts in one of 37 languages.
