ILVE 100 cm Built-In Outdoor Barbecue HBBQ100

A built-in outdoor barbecue that channels gas flames through three independent cast-iron plates, each 460 mm by 285 mm and 8 mm thick. The gas burns beneath the plates, heating the metal evenly so that it radiates intense, steady heat across the cooking surface. This radiant method sears food quickly while keeping the interior juicy, and the three separate plates allow different temperatures to be set at the same time for grilling, searing or slow cooking.

The operator slides the cast-iron plates into their channels, connects the gas supply—natural gas or LPG—and turns the insulated side controls to ignite the burners with the integrated electric battery ignition. Each control governs one plate, so the heat can be adjusted independently for each section of the grill. A grease collection tray beneath the plates catches drippings, reducing flare-ups and simplifying cleaning.

The barbecue is constructed with three removable cast-iron plates, each 8 mm thick, which retain and distribute heat evenly. The side controls are insulated to stay cool during operation, and the unit is designed for built-in installation with a 100 cm width. A separate cover, sold as an option, can be fitted to protect the grill when not in use.

Each of the three burners delivers 3.15 kW, combining to a total of 9.45 kW. This power level provides the high heat needed for outdoor grilling while maintaining precise control over each plate. The 100 cm width allows the grill to be integrated into outdoor kitchen worktops, and the removable plates make it easier to clean and replace them if needed.

Cleaning involves removing the plates and grease tray, scrubbing off residue with a brush or scraper, and wiping down the interior. The insulated controls and grease tray help keep maintenance straightforward, and the option of a fitted cover extends the life of the grill by shielding it from the elements.

The barbecue is available with an optional cover for protection when not in use. It is designed for use with either natural gas or LPG, making it adaptable to different outdoor kitchen setups.
