An induction hob heats pans directly by generating a magnetic field beneath the glass-ceramic surface. The field induces currents in the base of ferrous cookware, turning the pan itself into the heat source. This method transfers energy without heating the surrounding air or the hob surface, so the kitchen stays cooler and the pan responds instantly to changes in power. The integrated extraction hood sits above the cooking zones, drawing steam, smoke and odours downward through a concealed duct before they spread across the kitchen. The hood activates automatically when the hob is in use, eliminating the need for a separate extractor unit and freeing up wall or ceiling space in the kitchen layout.

The operator places a pan on one of the four touch-controlled zones, each marked by a printed circle on the glass-ceramic surface. A fingertip press on the corresponding sensor selects the zone; a second touch sets the power level, which adjusts continuously from low simmer to full boil. The hob recognises the size of the pan and confines the magnetic field to the base, so energy is not wasted on empty space. When cooking is complete, the zone switches off and the glass surface cools rapidly, reducing the risk of accidental burns. The extraction hood runs for a short period after the hob is turned off, clearing any residual vapour before shutting down automatically.

The hob is built as a single unit with a glass-ceramic top that spans all four zones. The extraction system is housed in the same frame, so the entire appliance fits into a standard 83 cm worktop cut-out. The touch controls are flush with the surface, allowing the hob to be wiped clean in one motion. The glass-ceramic material resists scratches and thermal shock, while the induction coils beneath remain sealed and protected.

Each of the four zones offers two power settings: 2.1 kW for gentle cooking and 3.0 kW for rapid heating. The combined 7.4 kW load requires a dedicated circuit capable of supplying the full current without tripping, so the installation must be planned with the kitchen's electrical capacity in mind. The 830 mm width and 515 mm depth determine the space the hob occupies on the worktop, leaving adjacent areas free for food preparation or additional appliances.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass-ceramic surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use. The absence of open flames or exposed elements means there is no baked-on grease or carbon to scrub. The touch controls are sealed beneath the glass, so liquid cannot penetrate the electronics. The extraction filter, if present, should be removed and washed periodically to maintain airflow.

The appliance is supplied as a single built-in unit, with no separate variants or accessories listed.
