Ironing roller GAS D-16G BM

The ironing roller significantly speeds up the laundry processing process while ensuring consistent and professional ironing results. Laundry is fed and returned from the front of the machine, allowing it to be easily integrated into professional laundry facilities.

The BM electronic control system provides adjustment of the ironing speed and temperature. In AUTO mode, the ironing speed is automatically adjusted according to the selected temperature. The speed can be adjusted from 1.5 to 10 m/min.

Gas heating with atmospheric burners provides the temperature required for ironing. The theoretical productivity of the model reaches up to 32 kg/h when processing laundry with approximately 45% residual moisture.

The roller drive is equipped with a speed inverter, ensuring smooth operation and precise adjustment of the working speed. The built-in cool-down system helps ensure a controlled shutdown of the machine.

Heat-resistant NOMEX belts are used for feeding and ironing the laundry, providing high-quality ironing results and durability during long-term professional use.

The machine panels are made of Skinplate and stainless steel.
