Ironing roller, high performance ELECTRIC MII-33E ET2

DANUBE MII-ET2 series flatwork ironers are designed for professional drying and ironing of flat linen in a single operation. Laundry is fed and returned from the front of the machine, allowing the equipment to be easily integrated into professional laundry facilities.

The machine is equipped with a Ø 500 mm polished steel ironing roller. The roller is driven by a motor with a speed inverter, ensuring smooth operation and allowing the working speed to be adjusted according to different types of textiles and processing requirements.

The EASY TOUCH 2 electronic control system with a 7" colour touchscreen provides convenient machine operation and easy adjustment of working parameters. The control system offers 5 preset programs as well as the possibility to customise programs according to specific operating requirements. The USB connection allows programs and data to be imported and exported.

Heat-resistant NOMEX belts are used for feeding and ironing the laundry, ensuring high-quality ironing results and durability during long-term professional use. The built-in cool-down system helps ensure a controlled shutdown of the machine.

The machine panels are made of Skinplate and stainless steel, providing a durable construction and facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance. The machine design provides easy access to internal components from both sides, simplifying technical maintenance.

Various optional features are available for the MII-ET2 series, including the CARE IRON system, which automatically adjusts the ironing speed according to the residual moisture of the laundry, the HPS system for increased productivity, and an integrated lengthwise folder.
