Ironing roller, high performance STEAM GII-33S ET2

DANUBE GII-ET2 series flatwork ironers are designed for professional drying and ironing of linen in a single operation. Linen is fed and returned from the front of the machine, allowing an efficient workflow and easy integration into professional laundry facilities.

The machines are equipped with a Ø 650 mm polished steel ironing roller. The roller is driven by a motor with a speed inverter, ensuring smooth operation and allowing the working speed to be adjusted to different types of textiles and processing requirements. The working speed of the GII-ET2 series is adjustable from 0.5 to 15 m/min.

The EASY TOUCH 2 electronic control system with a 7" colour touch screen provides convenient machine operation and easy adjustment of working parameters. The control system includes 5 preset programs.

The CARE IRON system automatically adjusts the ironing speed according to the residual moisture of the linen, helping to optimise the ironing process. The HPS high-production system allows the ironing speed to be increased up to 15 m/min, ensuring efficient processing of large volumes of linen.

Heat-resistant NOMEX belts are used for feeding and ironing the linen, ensuring high-quality ironing results and durability in professional use. The built-in cool-down system helps ensure a controlled shutdown of the machine.

The machine panels are made of grey Skinplate material and stainless steel, providing a durable construction suitable for intensive professional use.

The GII-ET2 series is available with electric, gas or steam heating. Gas-heated models use radiant burners.
