Ironing roller MICRA-14 BM

The ironing roller significantly speeds up the laundry processing workflow while ensuring consistent and professional ironing results. Laundry is fed and returned from the front of the machine, so the equipment requires relatively little space and can be easily integrated into professional laundry facilities.

The BM electronic control system allows the ironing temperature and speed to be adjusted. In AUTO mode, the ironing speed is automatically adjusted according to the selected temperature, while in MANUAL mode the operator can independently set the required temperature and speed. The ironing speed can be adjusted from 1.5 to 6 m/min.

Electric heating and efficient heat transfer through the ironing roller help ensure uniform laundry processing. The machine is also equipped with automatic shutdown at 80 °C, a built-in cool-down system and a fume/steam circulation system designed to optimize energy consumption.

Heat-resistant NOMEX belts are used for feeding and ironing the laundry, providing high-quality ironing results and durability during long-term professional use. The roller drive is equipped with a speed inverter, ensuring adjustable and consistent operating speed.

The machine panels are made of Skinplate and stainless steel.
