Ironing roller R2D18/100

The ironing roller significantly speeds up the laundry processing workflow while providing consistent and professional ironing results. Compared with a conventional iron, it allows a larger volume of laundry to be processed in less time, reducing staff workload and increasing overall operational efficiency.

The model is equipped with a Ø 180 mm ironing roller and a working width of 1000 mm. Laundry is fed and returned from the front of the machine, allowing the ironer to be conveniently installed even in areas with limited space.

The electronic control system provides convenient operation of the machine. A start/stop function and four temperature settings are available, allowing the ironing temperature to be adjusted for different types of textiles.

The ironing speed is 2.02 m/min, while the model provides a productivity of approximately 15 kg/h.

In the standard version, the ironing roller is equipped with a polyester and cotton felt covering.

The machine panels are made of Skinplate-coated steel, while the top panel is made of stainless steel. The construction is designed for regular professional use and allows easy maintenance of the machine.

The models are equipped with a manually operated ironing plate, which is lifted using a foot pedal. This solution allows the operator to conveniently control the ironing process while keeping both hands free for feeding the laundry.
