Ironing roller, wall R3D25/200 GOLD

The ironing roller significantly speeds up the laundry processing workflow while ensuring consistent and professional ironing results. Laundry is fed and returned from the front of the machine, allowing the wall-mounted design to make efficient use of the available space and enabling installation even in areas with limited floor space.

The R3D25 GOLD series is equipped with a Ø 250 mm ironing roller. The model features an adjustable ironing speed from 1.5 to 6 m/min, allowing the machine operation to be adapted to different types of textiles and workloads.

The new BM electronic control system provides adjustable ironing speed and precise temperature control. In AUTO mode, the machine automatically adjusts the ironing speed according to the selected temperature, helping to ensure consistent ironing results and an efficient workflow.

Electric heating provides the temperature required for the ironing process.

The ironing roller is equipped with a suction system and speed control, helping to increase productivity and ensure more efficient laundry processing.

R3D25 GOLD models operate according to a continuous feeding principle: the laundry is fed between the ironing roller and the heated ironing surface, passes through the ironing area and is returned to the operator from the front. This ensures a more continuous workflow and allows larger volumes of laundry to be processed more efficiently.

The machine features a Skinplate construction, while the upper side panels are made of stainless steel. The construction is designed for regular and intensive professional use.
