| NOTES | Slicing thickness: 0-16 mm |
A gravity-fed slicer draws each slice from the weight of the meat itself, letting the blade cut without pushing. The circular blade runs at a steady speed, so every slice comes off the same thickness and the operator keeps both hands free to guide the carriage. Adjustable thickness from paper-thin to thick cuts opens the machine to deli meats, roast beef, ham and sausages without changing tools.
The operator loads the meat onto the carriage, locks it in place, sets the thickness dial and starts the motor. The carriage glides forward under the blade, the slice falls onto the receiving tray, and the carriage returns for the next pass. A sharp blade and a smooth carriage movement keep the slices even and the waste low.
The frame is built from stainless steel for hygiene and strength. The 350 mm diameter blade is large enough for whole roasts and hams, yet the footprint of 813 by 646 by 562 mm fits on a standard worktop. A weight of 46 kg gives the unit stability without making it difficult to move; castors or a trolley are not needed for occasional repositioning.
Voltage options cover both single-phase 230 V and three-phase 380-400 V circuits, so the slicer connects to the supply already installed in most professional kitchens. The motor draws 380 W on single phase or 375 W on three phase, a load that does not trip a dedicated circuit.
Cleaning follows the parts the machine exposes: the blade, carriage, thickness dial and receiving tray. The blade guard and the carriage lock are removed for washing, while the dial is wiped with a sanitising cloth. Stainless steel surfaces resist corrosion and dry quickly after rinsing.
The 350VX-BV is listed in the catalogue under slicers for deli counters and butchery sections.
