Vacuum packing machine 11 lt/m
This vacuum packing machine extracts air from a bag before sealing, preserving food by reducing oxidation and spoilage. The process involves a pump that removes air through a valve, collapsing the bag around the contents to block moisture and contaminants. This technique prolongs shelf life without additives and minimises storage space for transport or kitchen use.
Operation begins when the user positions the open end of a vacuum bag over the sealing bar and shuts the lid. The machine then automatically evacuates air and seals the bag by fusing its inner layer into an airtight bond. A single button initiates the cycle, while an LED display indicates vacuum strength and sealing progress.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning in any kitchen setting. Both the sealing bar and vacuum chamber share this material, avoiding painted or plated surfaces that might deteriorate over time.
A rotary knob on the control panel adjusts vacuum intensity and sealing duration, with the LED display showing selected settings and cycle countdown.
With a 0.4 kW motor, the machine operates within the 220-240 V, 50-60 Hz range, compatible with standard UK and European power supplies. Its 8 kg mass allows easy relocation by one person, while its dimensions—353 mm long, 295 mm wide, and 150 mm high—ensure it fits on most worktops or shelves alongside accessories.
Maintenance involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use. The sealing bar requires occasional brushing to remove plastic residue, and the vacuum chamber should be wiped but never submerged. The pump filter should be checked monthly and replaced if obstructed.
