ORVED Vacuum Trays B6 for Skin Packing

Skin packing seals food directly onto a tray with a film that shrinks tightly around it, creating an airtight, tamper-evident seal without added gases. The process uses heat to soften the film, which is then drawn down by vacuum onto the food and tray, locking in freshness and presentation. These trays are the base that holds the food while the machine applies the film, ensuring the pack remains rigid and stackable once sealed.

To use the trays, the operator places the food item onto a tray, positions the tray inside the skin packing machine, and starts the cycle.
